Death to Analog to debiutancki album Julien-K, wydany 10 Marca 2009 roku (edycja europejska 5 Marca 2010). Pomimo wielu opóźnień i przesunięć daty wydania, album został zapowiedziany na 17 Lutego 2009 roku – datę, która pokrywała się ze zmianą odbioru amerykańskiej telewizji z analogowej na cyfrową. Jednakże datę tą ponownie przesunięto na 10 Marca.

7 Stycznia 2009 roku, Ryan Shuck potwierdził na profilu MySpace zespołu datę wydania albumu oraz ogłosił, iż wydawcą krążka będzie Metropolis Records. Lista utworów również została zatwierdzona i podana na stronie internetowej Metropolis Records wraz z notką prasową:
